Comedian and Actress Leslie Jones Joins ‘BMF’ Cast

Leslie Jones, who was a star and writer for Saturday Night Live, will be starring in Starz’s hit series BMF. Jones landed a recurring role in season two.

The Emmy award-winning actress will play Federal Agent Tracy Chambers who is exceptionally “smart and calculating.”

According to Deadline, Chambers knows how to maneuver the bureaucracy that comes with carrying a badge. Years on the streets facing the most dangerous drug dealers have shaped her into a formidable hard charger. She suffers no fools and has a wicked wit to back it up.

Jones’ character should be very interesting with main characters Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory (Demetrius Flenory, Jr.) and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory (Da’Vinchi).

BMF is based on the real-life Flenory brothers and set in Detroit in the 80s as it glamorizes drug trafficking and money. The brainchild behind a masterpiece is executive producer 50 Cent, along writer and showrunner Randy Huggins.

Currently, Jones is still hosting ABC’s show Supermarket Sweep. She also played ‘Coming 2 America’ sequel as the mother of Prince Akeem’s newly-discovered son.

BMF Season 1 is available to stream on the Starz app.
