At the second annual BlumFest today, filmmakers Tyler Perry and Jason Blum announced their first feature production together, the thriller entitled Help.

According to Deadline, production will take place in Atlanta at Tyler Perry Studios. Perry and Blum are producers of the film. Alan McElroy (Star Trek: Discovery, Wrong Turn) is set to write and direct Help.

Blumhouse Productions are responsible for horror movies such as: Insidious, Ouija, and The Purge.

Tyler Perry Studios has put out films like: The Family that Preys, Madea Goes To Jail, and Acrimony.

With these two talented creators, this film should be a box office hit.
