Director Chris Stokes is bringing some of his magic to the small screen in a big way. BET is premiering the new movie We Belong Together, starring Draya Michelle, Elise Neal, and Charles Malik Whitfield, tonight. The story centers around love, jealousy, and rage written by Marquees Houston. Does that name ring a bell? Sure it does. He’s “Roger go hoooooommmeee” from the 90’s sitcom Sister Sister.

After years of separation, Thomas (played by Charles Malik Whitfield), a loving father and ex-husband, rekindles his relationship with his former wife, Megan, played by Elise Neal. This enrages Tracy (Draya Michele), who is obsessed with making Thomas hers and wants his ex out of the picture. How far will Tracy go to make sure Megan and her family disappear forever?
The film is executive produced, written and directed by Chris Stokes. Marques Houston is the film’s co-producer and writer.”
