Tamar Braxton’s Boyfriend Files Restraining Order Against Her, She Accuses Him Of Assault

Things between Tamar Braxton and her man are getting worse.

Earlier this morning, reports stated that the reality star and singer’s boyfriend David Adefeso filed a restraining order against her in L.A. on Tuesday with domestic violence claims.

According to TMZ, it looks like the restraining order hasn’t been approved by the court as of yet, but it does make people wonder what is really going on in this relationship.

Shortly after these reports were released, sources close to Tamar said that David assaulted her and threatened to kill her in a murder-suicide.

According to the Blast, the now ex-couple got into a heated altercation while driving to check Tamar into a mental health facility for treatment. The sources say Tamar questioned David about a recent Instagram he shared featuring her 7-year-old son, Logan Herbert.

At that point, the couple apparently began arguing and Tamar told David he was “around for the wrong reasons and could not be trusted.”

The Braxton Family Values star claims David became “irate, threatening not only her life but his own.” She claims he said, they were going to end up in a “murder-suicide.”

There has been talks that David has been controlling, but Tamar quickly debunked that claim after she was released from the hospital following a suicide attempt.

The couple also has a YouTube Show called Coupled and Quarantined, but it has been on hiatus since Tamar’s hospitalization.

The couple will also appear together on Tamar’s new reality show Get Ya Life, which is said that the trailer is what triggered her mental illness episode. WeTV decided to cut ties with Tamar but is still moving forward in releasing the show. They also edited the trailer to showcase a more positive light.

No word from David’s team concerning the restraining order. The story is still developing.
