Quad Webb Clarifies That She’s Not Adopting A Baby Girl

After announcing that she is welcoming home a baby girl, Quad Webb wants to clarify that she is not the mother of newborn Arianna (Ari).

The Married to Medicine star said Ari’s mother is still in her life — and that she and her mother are in supportive roles.
“I am filling in the gaps, as there have been several rumors. I want to clarify that baby Ari is not my adopted daughter,” Quad confirmed in a statement to The Daily Dish. “My mom and I are in a supportive role for Ari, and while everyone is elated about the new addition to our family, she has a mother.”
Quad first made an announcement about the new bundle in an Instagram chat with DELUX Magazine saying, We have a new baby that’s on the way, and so we’re very happy about her. She’s in the hospital right now, and she is eight pounds, so we’re very excited about her.” She then added,  “and my mom and I have custody of her. And so, I am working really, really hard to prepare a home for her.”
After hearing Quad speak about bringing the young princesses home, it’s quite understandable that many assumed she was adopting — considering she said that her and her mom had custody.

Regardless of the arrangements, it’s a blessing that this baby girl has a strong village surrounding her.

Congratulations to the family!
