According to a lawsuit filed in Maricopa County, Arizona, plaintiff Alexis Dieng alleges that Smith contacted her through Instagram in October 2025. The lawsuit claims the initial conversation involved Smith asking Dieng for restaurant recommendations before the two developed a level of trust and eventually agreed to meet in person.
Dieng alleges that she later met Smith at a residence in Maricopa County. According to the complaint, what began as an in-person meeting allegedly escalated into a sexual encounter that she says was not consensual.
The lawsuit further alleges that Smith choked Dieng during the encounter and recorded portions of the incident without her consent. She is accusing the musician and entrepreneur of sexual assault and battery.
The lawsuit was reportedly filed in August 2026. The allegations are civil claims and have not been proven in court.
Smith, who rose to fame as a member of Pretty Ricky alongside his brothers, has also built a career as an entrepreneur and social-media businessman. He has been involved in digital marketing and founded Spectacular Academy, an online business education platform.
