Bre, who just finalized her divorce with NFL player Johnny Manziel, can be seen hugging Nick and holding his hand as they cradle her baby bump.
Nick hasn’t confirmed that he is expecting yet, but we’re sure it’s coming.

The party comes one month after Nick’s 7th child, baby boy Zen whom he shared with model Alyssa Scott, passed away after battling brain cancer.
Nick also has children with Grammy Award-winning singer and ex-wife Mariah Carey, Brittany Bell, and Abby de la Rosa.
