Cheslie Kryst, Former Miss USA, Dies At 30 By Suicide

Former Miss USA and television correspondent Cheslie Kryst has died at the age of 30. 

Officials believe the beauty queen jumped from her high-rise apartment building. The family also confirmed the heartbreaking news in a statement.

“In a devastation and great sorrow, we share the passing of our beloved Cheslie. Her great light was one that inspired others around the world with her beauty and strength. She cared, she loved, she laughed and she shined.”
Cheslie posted an Instagram photo before her death with the caption, “May this day brings you rest and peace.”


According to reports, she was last seen on the 29th floor terrace of the building. Cheslie won two top titles back in 2019– Miss North Carolina and Miss USA. She was a NC attorney and after winning her top title, she became a correspondent for Extra.
