Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes has a lot to be grateful for this holiday season. Her 23-year old son Brentt Leakes has finally been released from the hospital following heart failure and a stroke he had two months ago.

NeNe shared the great news on social media, posting videos of Brentt walking out of a hospital Wednesday. In the videos, Brentt is slowly walking down the hospital hallways as nurses cheer him on and say goodbye as he heads for the exit.

The reality star also shared Brentt’ recovery journey, which included videos of him learning how to walk again.

As previously reported, Brentt suffered a stroke and heart failure in September and was taken to a Georgia hospital, where he remained until Wednesday.

NeNe said Brentt was having trouble speaking, but now she says her son is not only walking again, but also talking.
