Girlfriends actor Reggie Hayes was hospitalized over the weekend due to heart conditions, but it’s been reported that he has checked out and is now at home.
Reggie shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed on Instagram with a few choice words for 2020.
After many suspected he was ill from coronavirus, the 51-year old quickly corrected them saying, “No, not Covid it [sic] my heart. I’ll be ok though.”
The news comes a few short weeks after the 20th anniversary of the classic sitcom Girlfriends which featured Tracee Ellis Ross, Jill Marie Jones, Golden Brooks, and Persia White alongside Reggie. His former co-star Jill Marie left a comment on his page “sending LOTS OF LOVE and prayers your way.”
Reggie is now home resting. Sending prayers for a speedy recovery.
