The Family Business has been renewed for season 3! The BET+ hit show is based on author Carl Weber’s bestselling crime drama book series. 

The Family Business follows the Duncans, an upstanding, tightknit family that owns and operates an exotic car dealership in New York but gets into more devious activities on the side.

Returning for Season 3 are series stars Ernie Hudson, Valarie Pettiford, Darrin DeWitt Henson, Javicia Leslie, Sean Ringgold, Tami Roman, Miguel A. Nunez, Arrington Foster, KJ Smith, Dylan Weber, Yadi Valerio and Emilio Rivera.

Season 2 was put on pause but the cast resumed filming and the second half begins airing December 31. Production for season 3 Production is scheduled to begin next month in Los Angeles.

Sean Ringgold, the actor who plays the role of Junior Duncan, expressed his excitement and gratitude about the show’s renewal.
