Good News! Former NBA player Delonte West entered a Florida drug rehabilitation facility Monday night.

After Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban located West at a Texas gas station, they met West’s mom at a nearby hotel and together they convinced him to seek treatment.

TMZ previously reported, the former Mavericks and Cavaliers guard had fallen on tough times in recent years … and was most recently seen holding a sign on the street in Dallas last week.

Sources say Cuban had been trying to reach West on the phone for days — he was finally able to reach him and get him help.

Sources also say that Cuban has offered to cover West’s treatment costs.

Sending prayers up for West as he recovers and get his life back.
