Well, it looks like Tristan Thompson has to pay up! Tristan’s ex, Jordan Craig, told the court that her son should be living the same lavish lifestyle as his father and his half-sister True (Khloe Kardashian’s daughter with Tristan) and a judge agreed.

As you all may remember, Tristan left pregnant Jordan Craig and begin seeing reality star Khloe Kardashian. The entire fallout of their relationship was aired out in public so its kind of difficult for Tristan to dispute any claims.

Now, Tristan is ordered to pay $40K in child support for their 2-year old son Prince, including back pay.

Jordan Craig, a 27-year old Instagram model and blogger, took Tristan Thompson, 28, to court and said that the $15,000 per month the NBA player was paying is below California child support guidelines.

According to May 2019 documents, a judge ordered Tristan to pay $200,000 in retroactive child support and it was to be paid within 10 business days of the completion of the final judgement. He must pay the $40,000 per month until Prince reaches the age of 18, graduates from high school, becomes self-supporting, emancipated, or ordered by the court.

According to documents obtained by Radar Online, Jordan Craig and Tristan have been battling it out in court over child support payments.

In Jordan’s original court documents, she claimed that Tristan had only visited with his son nine times in two years. In January 2019 during his deposition, he denied that accusation but said he couldn’t remember the exact number of times he’d seen his son.

Jordan and Tristan’s attorney, Peter Lauzon, faced off in court as she argued that her son should be afforded the same lifestyle that his father is living.

“On Tristan’s spreadsheets, it looks like he’s frequenting Nobu and several top-rate restaurants — Craig’s in Los Angeles. My child should share in the same lifestyle,” Jordan said.

“Whatever that child is living, like I said, whatever restaurants…they take that child to or that Tristan is even just going to, my son should be doing the same thing.”

“When you say ‘that child,’ you’re referring to True?” Peter Lauzon asked.

“Absolutely,” Jordan responded.

Tristan also has to dish out $1,250 per month to a savings plan for Prince along with $2,000 for his private tutor. If he attends a private school the tutor’s payments will cease, but Tristan will still be responsible for 100 percent of the school’s tuition.
