Charles Kent “Charlie” Wilson was born on January 29, 1953. He is an American R&B singer, songwriter and producer. Charlie Wilson began his musical journey as lead singer for the Gap Band. In this role, he comes up with the hits like “Burn Rubber”, “Early in the Morning,” “Outstanding,” and “Addicted to Your Love”. In his solo role, he has been nominated for six Grammy awards, got a 2009 Soul Train Icon Award, BMI Icon Award in 2005 and the BET lifetime achievement award in 2013. 

Rhythm and blues artist Keith Sweat was born in New York City in 1961. A former Wall Street commodities broker, he is now known for his work as a singer/songwriter, producer, radio broadcaster, and inventor of the music genre New Jack Swing. 

Keith Sweat is the winner of an American Music Award for Favorite R&B/Soul Artist and a Soultrain Lifetime Achievement Award. He has 14 albums to his credit with six of them achieving platinum or multi-platinum status.”
