Tim Norman Pleads Not Guilty In Murder-For-Hire Case

Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s reality star Tim Norman pleaded not guilty during a court appearance on Tuesday.

Norman, 41, is facing federal charges in a murder-for-hire plot that led to the shooting death of his 20-year old nephew Andre Montgomery, who was also a cast member of the hit show.

Alleged co-conspirator, Terica Ellis, was also charged in the crime. Reports say that the young mother was responsible for leading the victim into an ambush to be murdered. Investigators say Norman and Ellis were seen purchasing burner phones. Ellis also pleaded not guilty in September. The shooter hasn’t been found yet.

Norman became the sole beneficiary of of his nephew’s life insurance policy in 2014, according to prosecutors. The policy was around $450,000. Montgomery was shot to death on March 14, 2016, near Fairground Park in St. Louis.

A St. Louis insurance agent, 42-year old Waiel Rebhi “Wally” Yaghnam, was also arrested for fraud but he is now out on bail.

Norman, who is the son of Sweetie Pie restaurants owner Robbie Montgomery, is trying to make bail but prosecutors see him as a flight risk. The case and investigation is still ongoing.
