“Shameless” Actor Ricarlo Flanagan Has Died After Contracting Covid-19

Shameless actor and Last Comic Standing semifinalist Ricarlo Flanagan passed away over the weekend after contracting coronavirus, according to his talent representative. He was 40 years old.

Stu Goldman from KMR Talent released a statement.

“Sadly this pandemic has taken the life of an extremely talented performer and even nicer human being. Ricarlo will be greatly missed.’

A few days before his passing, Ricarlo shared on Twitter that he had contracted Covid-19.

Ricarlo released his debut comedy album entitled Man Law in 2013 and the Disney Plus series Walk The Prank. He also starred in shows such as: The Mick, The Carmichael Show, Insecure, The Neighborhood, Kidding, Room 104, and Spectrum’s Mad About You.

A GoFundMe page has been created to provide assistance to Ricarlo’s family.

No word on funeral arrangements at this time.
