UPDATE: Trina’s mother Nessa died after a battle with cancer. She was 62.
Veteran Miami Hip-Hop artist Trina is experiencing a major loss. According to a family friend, the rapper’s mother Vernessa ‘Nessa’ Taylor has passed away this morning.
The family friend announced this via Facebook. Also, the HHV team offers their condolences to Trina at her time of loss.
There’s no word on the cause of death at this time. We’ll update if the information becomes available.
