By the time police arrived after calls were made of Holbrook being on the outer bridge railing, it was too late. According to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, “Police said they found three children between the ages of 1 and 9 in the car. They were unharmed. The children were taken to a local hospital for evaluation and will be turned over to CYF, according to the spokesman.”
