Crystal Renay Smith, wife of singer and songwriter Ne-Yo is putting an end to their marriage once and for all.
According to TMZ, Crystal filed for divorce and claimed Ne-Yo has a baby with another woman.
She filed the papers in Atlanta earlier this week, stating that their marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope for reconciliation.”
Crystal lists the couple’s date of separation as July 22, 2022, and says she’s been taking care of the three kids since the split.
She is asking for primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody — she’s also asking for child support and alimony.
This isn’t the first time Crystal filed for divorce. She set to end their marriage back in 2020 but later withdrew her petition. In 2022, they renewed their vows in a luxurious wedding in Las Vegas.
Last week, she exposed the singer of still cheating and said that she didn’t care what he did. She also asked the public to stop sending videos and photos of him cheating.
She may be done for good this time.
