The movie is scheduled to premiere Friday, December 18, at 8/7c as part of Hallmark Channel’s 2026 Countdown to Christmas lineup. The film will also be available to stream on Hallmark+ following its television premiere.
Morgan stars as Mari, a fiercely intelligent music historian who receives an invitation to an annual Christmas gala at a local music museum. She arrives with one major goal: securing an interview with Tasha, a legendary Grammy-winning singer, record producer and founder of the museum, played by Robinson Peete.
Tasha rarely gives interviews, making Mari’s mission much more difficult than expected. But the gala takes an unexpected turn when another guest arrives with a very different reason for being there.
Britt plays Julian, a polished and extremely busy New York attorney who is on a mission to reclaim an important piece of his family’s history.
Years earlier, following the death of his mother, Julian donated a treasured piece of sheet music bearing Nat King Cole’s autograph to the museum. Now, his sister wants to give the framed piece of memorabilia to her daughter for Christmas, prompting Julian to return to the museum in hopes of bringing the family keepsake back home.
When Mari and Julian cross paths at the Christmas gala, the two decide to work together. Their search leads them through a series of increasingly chaotic Christmas contests, with the winners receiving a personal museum tour from Tasha.
As the evening unfolds, Mari and Julian’s partnership begins to deepen. Along the way, they discover that what they initially came looking for may not be what they truly needed.
Robinson Peete’s character also brings a strong musical presence to the story, with Tasha serving as both a legendary artist and the founder of the museum at the center of the holiday celebration.
Hearts All Aglow is part of Hallmark Channel’s expanded 2026 Countdown to Christmas, which features 34 original holiday movies, making it the network’s largest holiday movie slate to date. The seasonal programming begins October 16 and continues through December.
With a cast that brings together familiar faces from television, film and music, Hearts All Aglow promises a holiday story filled with music, family memories, unexpected connections and a little Christmas romance.
