Megan Thee Stallion is grateful to be alive after being shot multiple times Sunday morning.
The “Savage” rapper said that she wanted to clear up some false narratives that were being reported. She shared the night’s event in an Instagram post.
Megan’s statement comes after reports claimed she was put in handcuffs and detained by police.
She was in the car with rapper Tory Lanez, who was arrested on a gun charge. He was later released on bail.
It’s said they both attended a party over the weekend thrown by Kylie Jenner.
It was also falsely reported that Meg cut her foot on glass, but she was actually shot — which is much worse.
“There is a lot of speculation however Tory was defending Megan who had a dispute at the house that night, she was not his victim,” a source at FYI Media Group told PEOPLE. “They are good friends.”
