Kevin Hart is speaking out and giving fans a glimpse into his road to recovery for the first time since sustaining a serious back injury in a horrific L.A. car crash with his 1970 Baracuda.

The comedian and Hollywood actor underwent back surgery after the crash in September. He posted a video Tuesday night sharing video footage of his therapy and expressing his gratitude.
