Keke Palmer are making moves in the entertainment industry. The 26-year old actress and former TV host is set to host the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards.

Keke is also joining the cast of The Proud Family reboot — introducing new character, Maya Leibowitz.

She made both announcements on Instagram.

As far as The Proud Family, KeKe will be joining cast members Kyla Pratt (Penny Proud), Tommy Davidson (Oscar Proud), Paula Jai Parker (Trudy Proud), Jo Marie Payton (Suga Mama) and Cedric the Entertainer (Uncle Bobby) on Disney+.
