Jodeci Reunites And Signs With P Music Group

Jodeci is back! The legendary group shared on social media that they have reunited and signed a management deal with P Music Group.

Jodeci was one of the most popular groups back in the 1990s. They made hit R&B ballads like: “Come & Talk to Me,” “Stay,” and “Forever My Lady.”

The legendary group will be added on a roster with other hitmakers such as: Johnny Gill, Charlie Wilson, and their very own K-Ci Hailey.

Charlie shared his excitement about Jodeci joining the P Music Group, saying “Welcome to the P Music Group fam, Jodeci!”

The name Jodeci derives from the two siblings in the group: K-Ci and Jo Jo Hailey, and the two additional voices added on to make the group DeVanté Swing and Mr. Dalvin.

P Music Group CEO Michael Paran tells Billboard the partnership grew out of P Music Group’s 2019 signing of K-Ci, who is at work on a solo album.

“During the pandemic, the guys started reaching out to each other and began talking about reuniting,” Paran says. “They’re ready to build something new, done the right way without continuing the missteps of the past. I want to be long-term with them and help them show the world that they’re back to begin a whole new era.”

We’re looking forward to the tours and some good new music out of Jodeci.
