We have more news about the Colorado woman and her two daughters who were all killed by the man of the house, Christopher Watts. Shanann Watts’, Christopher Watts wife, was found on the property of her husband’s employer. The couple’s two little girls were found not far from their Mom’s body. Reports are surfacing that the children’s bodies were emerged in oil, and the cause of death was strangulation. Lord have mercy.
Before we get into the murder investigation, let’s watch this killer asking the public for help in finding his family.

“Defense attorneys for the Colorado man accused of killing his pregnant wife and two young daughters filed court documents Friday that suggest the two girls may have been strangled.
Chris Watts, 33, was arrested this week on suspicion of three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of tampering with a deceased body in connection with the deaths of his wife, Shanann, 34, and their daughters, Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3.
Formal charges are expected to be filed Monday by Weld County District Attorney Michael Rourke.
The court documents obtained by 9NEWS and shared with the Coloradoan also detail that the bodies of the children had “been in an oil well filled with crude oil” for four days.
Defense attorney James Merson wrote in one motion that he’d spoken with a DNA expert, Richard Eikelenboom.
Merson’s requests in the motions focused on mandating that the pathologist take DNA swabs of the girls’ necks during the autopsies, which were scheduled to be completed Friday. He also requested that Eikelenboom be present during the autopsies.
Police said the body of Shanann Watts was found on property owned by Anadarko Petroleum, one of the state’s largest oil and gas drillers, where Chris Watts worked as an operator.”
Shanann Watts, who was a rep for a nutrition company called Thrive, was constantly on social media. Loads and loads of photos are of her husband, children, and clients, not to mention a bunch of captions expressing her love for her husband/monster.

This is so heartbreaking. Today Chris Watts is held in custody without bond. We’ll continue to follow this case as it progresses. In the mean time, pray for the souls of Shanann, Bella, Celeste, and the unborn baby. May they rest in peace for eternity.
