Former NBA Star, Cliff Robinson, Is Dead At 53
Cliff Robinson, the longtime NBA player that played for 18 seasons, has passed away at the age of 53.
The forward star who was known for his colorful headbands, was nicknamed “Uncle Cliffy” by his loyal fans, while playing for teams including the Trailblazers, Suns, Pistons and Jets.
The cause of death has not been revealed, but in 2017, sources say that Cliff suffered a brain hemorrhage.
It has not been determined if this is related to his cause of death.

After retiring, Cliff was a competitor on season 28 of “Survivor” back in 2014. He finished in 14th place.
Cliff was a star during his college days at the University of Connecticut. The school broke the news, saying, ‘The UConn Basketball family mourns the loss of a legendary player and person, Clifford Robinson. Cliff is survived by his wife, Heather Lufkins, and his son, Isaiah.
