Dr. Dre’s Wife Is Challenging Prenup In $1 Billion Divorce

Dr. Dre‘s wife is ready for a legal fight.

According to TMZ, Nicole Young has filed documents challenging the prenup she signed before marrying the hip-hop mogul. In the legal documents, Nicole states that she was forced to sign the prenup when they got married in 1996.

“I was extremely reluctant, resistant and afraid to sign the agreement and felt backed into a corner. Given the extraordinary pressure and intimidation by Andre, I was left with no option but to hire a lawyer (of course, with the help of Andre’s team of professionals) and unwillingly signed the agreement very shortly before our marriage,” the document stated.

Nicole also claimed that 2 years into their marriage, Dre ripped up some of the prenup papers and said he was wrong for making her sign it.

“Since the day he tore up the agreements, we both understood that there was no premarital agreement and that it was null and void,” she said in the documents.

Dre’s team says this claim is completely false.

Nicole is hoping to get a large piece of Dre’s fortune which is estimated to be around $800 million. She is asking for all assets including cash and real estate be split . Dre’s business revenue values of billions of dollars.
