Dr. Dre got a big win in court Thursday morning. A judge in their divorce case ruled against his wife Nicole Young, denying her request for $1.5 million a month to cover her living expenses. The judge also rejected her request for Dr. Dre, real name Andre Young, to pay her $5 million for legal fees.

According to TMZ, Nicole told the court that she’s also receiving death threats and needed funds to beef up her security. The judge denied that request as well because she got rid of the security team Dre had for her.

Dre’s lawyer, however, said that he will agree to pay for Nicole’s expenses — including the security. The judge ordered that she could hire a new security team but it can’t cost no more than what Dre was already paying. The judge also said if Dre exercised any kind of control over Nicole, she can file a restraining order.
