A married Harvard-trained doctor accused of killing his pregnant mistress’ baby was in court in Brooklyn Tuesday.
Authorities say cardiologist Dr. Vignendra Ariyarajah had two people hold Paul Marie Raymond against her will inside her Ditmas Park home in 2016.
It’s reported that Dr. Ariyarajah wasn’t even the biological father of the child, which sent him into a jealous rage.
Here are the details of this horrific story:
Dr. Airyarajah is charged with criminally negligent homicide, manslaughter and assault, among other charges. He is free on $750,000 bond.
On Wednesday, he was ordered to stop practicing medicine in New York State by the state health department “pending the outcome of a full investigation.”
The defense said his client never prescribed her PCP, says the mistress worked in his office for nine years and struggled with mental health. The suspect’s attorney say she miscarried.
The next court date is set for May 9.

I am amazed at this World that we live in. It is crazy how this whole article is about me yet NOBODY HAS EVER TAKEN THE TIME TO ASK ME ABOUT MY SIDE OF THE STORY. While EVERYONE is here asking for Dr. Vic to be sent to jail, no one is questioning HOW ON EARTH this crazy story came about DURING an ongoing case. That also goes for the authorities: THE BROOKLYN DA IS NOTHING BUT SOMEBODY ELSE’S PUPPET!!!!!!!!!!!! NOBODY cares to investigates that Brooklyn ADA! No! she is allowed to fabricate all sorts of lies to get a case while she threatens to send me, Paul Marie Raymond (the alleged victim) to jail if I ever testify in court and give my side of the story! No one has ever asked what exactly happened prior to these lies that they are strategically reporting to the media! why is this story out while this case is ongoing? who is the biased ADA, who completely f*cked up b/c she wanted to have a case & be famous, is trying to intimidate? NOBODY is going to investigate the people who were bribed! ARIYARAJAH HAS ALWAYS MADE SURE THAT I AM SAFE, HAVE A ROOF OVER MY HEAD, LOOKED AFTER AND CARED FOR WHILE THE BROOKLYN DA’S OFFICE WAS BUSY PROTECTING THE PERSON WHO’S BEEN TRYING TO KILL ME ALL ALONG SO THAT HE CAN MOVE HIS HAPPY FAMILY FROM THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC INTO MY BAY RIDGE APARTMENT. But they won’t tell the World about this!
