Chrissy Teigen and John Legend Welcome Baby No. 4
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend‘s family is still growing! The couple welcomed a baby boy into the world via surrogacy on June 19. The Cravings cookbook author, 37, and the EGOT winner, 44, shared the happy news on social media.
John posted a photo of him with all four of his children. The caption read, “Wren Alexander Stephens, our new love.”
Chrissy shared a more lengthy post, giving more details about the arrival of their new bundle of joy.
“We want to say thank you for this incredible gift you have given us, Alexandra,” she said, referencing their “most incredible, loving, compassionate surrogate,” whom Teigen got the chance to be pregnant alongside for a time. “And we are so happy to tell the world he is here, with a name forever connected to you, Wren Alexander Stephens.”
“Our hearts, and our home, are officially full. And to our Jack, we know both their angel kisses are from you.”
Back in October 2020, Chrissy and John announced that they’d lost their baby boy Jack at 20 weeks following pregnancy complications.
“We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough,” Chrissy wrote.
Following their heartbreaking loss, the couple was blessed with a new arrival, baby girl Esti.
So really, the latest addition to the family is the couple’s 5th child.
The couple are now parents to Luna, 7, Miles, 4, Esti, and newborn Wren.
Congratulations to the happy family!
