Carmelo Anthony says that he’s only going to speak on this one time. The NBA star says the reports suggesting he’s cheating on his wife, La La Anthony, with a woman on a yacht in France are COMPLETELY FALSE.
It doesn’t help that this occurred during La La’s birthday but Melo said there is absolutely nothing going on.

There are pics floating around showing Melo laying out on a yacht while a beautiful woman in a tiny bathing suit is next to him. There doesn’t appear to be anyone else on the ship.
But, Carmelo tells TMZ Sports … the woman is actually on the yacht WITH HER HUSBAND AND THE REST OF HER FAMILY — and Carmelo is just on board as a friend while in Europe on a business retreat.
Melo says the false reports are “affecting my family” — and he’s calling for everyone to correct their reporting because it’s hurting him, hurting the other woman and other people involved.
La La Anthony filed for divorce from Carmelo Anthony in 2017 after the NBA player allegedly cheated on her with a woman named Mia Angel Burke.
He is also allegedly the father of her daughter Genesis.
The alleged other woman even had something to say on the newly developed speculation.
During the first allegations of an affair, La La took off her wedding ring and even acknowledged her plans for healthy co-parenting during separation during a 2017 interview.
“[Kiyan feels everything] is totally, totally normal,” La La shared. “We made a commitment to create an environment so he is happy and smiling.”
La La and Carmelo later decided to call off the divorce and have been working to rebuild their relationship ever since.
She even gave him some “Insta Love” on Valentine’s Day, along with a slight warning.
It seems like Carmelo and La La are on the road to repairing their relationship and Melo is not letting anyone mess that up for him.
