All Signs Point to Suicide in the Death of George Foreman’s Daughter, Freeda Foreman.
A spokesperson for the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office in Texas reports that Freeda Foreman’s cause of death was an apparent suicide by hanging. A final determination will be confirmed by a coroner.
Following in her father’s footsteps, Freeda had a boxing career. She competed in about 6 matches and won 5 of them. She retired with that 5-1 record. It’s reported that George paid her to quit boxing because he wasn’t happy about seeing her in the ring.
Freeda is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren, 11 siblings, and her parents. R.I.P. Champ.
