Al B. Sure! Speaks Out After Being In A Coma and Hospitalized

R&B singer Al B. Sure! was in a coma and hospitalized for 2-months but is now on the road to recovery, according to his son Al B. Sure!, Jr.

Jr. shared a birthday post explaining how grateful he is to have his dad back.

“Thank your every 1 for the bday wishes!! Been kinda out of it and in my own world!! @officialalbsure POPS BEEN hospitalized FOR 2 months and he just made it out!!


He added,“Today is my day but this is for my pops! All I want for him is to get out that f*ckin hospital!! We need u big homie!! I love all of y’all!

Following his son’s post, the “Nite and Day” singer went to Twitter to express his thanks and informed his fans that he will be sharing his full health story soon.“I’m alive, awake, on the mend.”

Earlier this year, news broke that the New Jack Swing singer was undergoing surgery although details regarding the procedure were never revealed. Al B. shared photos of his medical journey on Instagram and updated fans at the time that he had made it through surgery and was doing fine.  

Sending prayers that Al B. makes a full recovery. As his son says, “We need you big homie.”
