Phaedra Parks and Chris “CT” Tamburello Confirm Romance After The Traitors Connection

Reality television fans have a new couple to talk about: Phaedra Parks and Chris “CT” Tamburello are officially dating.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star confirmed the romance during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, putting an end to weeks of speculation surrounding her relationship with the The Challenge veteran. When host Jeff Lewis asked whether Parks’ upcoming Emmy date with CT was platonic, she made it clear that it was not.

Parks and Tamburello first connected while competing on Season 2 of Peacock’s The Traitors in 2024. Although they were on opposite sides of the game—Parks was a Traitor and CT was a Faithful—the two developed a noticeable chemistry that had fans wondering if their relationship could extend beyond the show.

According to Page Six, the relationship is still relatively new, but sources describe the pair as genuinely happy. One source said CT made it clear that he really liked Parks and had fallen for her during their time together on The Traitors. The couple reportedly laughs together often, with their relationship described as “really sweet.”

Their flirtation recently became more public when CT posted about looking for a plus-one to the Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Parks responded flirtatiously, writing, “Baby I’m already yours,” adding even more fuel to the dating rumors.

Now, Parks says she will attend the Creative Arts Emmys as CT’s date. Tamburello is scheduled to serve as a presenter at the awards ceremony, and the two are also planning to head to New York City together afterward.

Both reality stars have experienced high-profile relationships in the past. Parks was previously married to Apollo Nida, with whom she shares two sons, while CT shares a son with his former wife, Lilianet Solares. CT was also famously involved with his longtime Challenge co-star Diem Brown.

For fans who watched their playful dynamic on The Traitors, the new romance is a real-life twist to a relationship that first captured viewers’ attention on reality television.

Phaedra and CT may have started as reality-TV allies and competitors, but this time, they appear to be playing for keeps—at least for now.
