Vanessa Bell Calloway is 10 years cancer-free! The actress made the announcement on Instagram Sunday evening on the day after her anniversary date of her mastectomy and breast reconstruction.

Vanessa has been an advocate for breast cancer awareness and even appeared on the TV show “The Doctors” back in 2017, where she shared her story.

Vanessa has been having an amazing year. Not only is she still directing and producing but she is also reprising her role in the upcoming “Coming 2 America” and starring in the new Harriet Tubman film.
