93-Year Old Resident Shoots Apartment Employee Over Dispute About Water Damage

A 93-year old man was caught on video shooting an employee at his Las Vegas apartment complex.

According to police, the gunfire erupted Thursday morning at the Vista Del Valle complex.

The surveillance video shows suspect Robert Thomas approaching a male and female worker inside the management office.

Thomas then pulls a gun out of his jacket and chaos begins.

According to authorities, Thomas was upset with the apartment complex about water damage in his unit.

The elderly suspect was booked on suspicion of attempt murder, kidnapping, discharge of a firearm indoors, burglary and carrying a concealed weapon. Thomas had no previous criminal record, police said.

A Las Vegas judge set his bail at $25,000.
