“You’re The Kind Of Customer I’m Happy To Lose”: Jeff Bezos Shares Racist Email From Amazon Customer
Jeff Bezos received another nasty email from an Amazon customer who is upset because he supports the Black Lives Matters movement.
The customer, who Jeff only shared his first name Dave, used racial slurs and foul language — and said that he would no longer be an Amazon customer but Jeff is not planning on losing any sleep over this. Check out his response.
This isn’t the first email Jeff has received. Two days ago, a customer reached out to him because they were offended by the Black Lives Matter banner on his website. Swipe left for Jeff’s response.
Amazon executives have been vocal about their support of the Black Lives Movement. Besides Bezos, Amazon’s cloud boss Andy Jassy also tweeted last week, “*What* will it take for us to refuse to accept these unjust killings of black people? We need better than what we’re getting from courts and political leaders.”
Earlier this week, Amazon announced it’s donating $10 million to organizations supporting justice and equity, including the NAACP and the National Urban League.
