Judge Mathis won’t be facing any charges for allegedly spitting on a parking valet. According to authorities, they have been having a hard time contacting the accuser.When Detroit Police finally reached him at Flood’s Bar and Grille, they asked if he wanted to press charges, and the valet told cops he needed to consult his attorney.

Police said they have made several attempts to follow up with the valet but have been unsuccessful in reaching him, and without his cooperation, officers can’t make a case against the judge.

TMZ obtained video footage of the incident, which shows the altercation between the Judge Mathis and the valet. He was upset because the valet kept him waiting for his car outside the restaurant for 40 minutes.
