Rihanna Is Safe After Woman Fires Nearly 10 Shots at Her Home

International superstar Rihanna and her family are safe after a woman allegedly fired multiple gunshots at her Los Angeles-area home on Sunday afternoon, according to law enforcement officials.

Authorities say the frightening incident occurred around 1:20 p.m. local time at the singer’s residence in the Beverly Hills area. Police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered that a woman had allegedly fired approximately 10 shots toward the property from a vehicle parked across the street.

At least one bullet penetrated a wall of the home, though no injuries were reported. Rihanna was reportedly inside the house at the time of the shooting but was not harmed.

Investigators say the suspect — described as a 30-year-old woman — fired the shots before leaving the scene in a white Tesla. Officers later located the vehicle in a shopping center parking lot in the Sherman Oaks area and took the woman into custody roughly 30 minutes after the initial 911 call.

Police have not yet released the suspect’s name, and a motive for the shooting remains unknown. The investigation is ongoing and is being handled by detectives with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Rihanna, 38, shares the home with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and their three young children. It has not been confirmed whether anyone else was inside the home during the incident.

The alarming shooting has raised concerns about celebrity security and the safety of residents in high-profile neighborhoods. As of now, representatives for Rihanna have not publicly commented on the incident.

Authorities say additional details may be released as the investigation continues.
