Peacock Announces Dating Series, ‘Queen Court’, Starring Tamar Braxton, Evelyn Lozada, and Nivea
Peacock announced a new reality series called ‘Queens Court’. The unscripted series will be starring Tamar Braxton, Evelyn Lozada, and Nivea. Holly Robinson Peete and her husband, Rodney Peete, will be the hosts for the show produced by Will Packer.
Queens Court will follow three famous, single women looking for love. According to Deadline, the 10-episode series will be featuring these women as they search for a significant other while being under the spotlight. The women are looking for individuals that will be able to handle living in the public eye, as well as individuals who can handle their success, fame, and fortune.
The show hosts will guide the ladies through, “the ups and downs of dating 21 confident and successful prospective suitors while the Queens develop a sisterhood supporting each other on their quests to find a King fit for a Queen,” according to an official description.
“Love and happiness aren’t always a guarantee — and for many women in the public eye, finding a man who can handle her success, fame, and fortune can make things even more complicated,” the summary adds.
Each of these ladies is no stranger to the spotlight. Tamar has appeared on reality TV for over a decade. She has starred in series’ like “Braxton Family Values” and “Celebrity Big Brother”. Additionally, she is a grammy nominated singer and a two-time Day Time Emmy Award nominee. Lozada is an entrepreneur and tv personality known for shows like Basketball Wives (2010-2021) and Livin’ Lozada (2015). The New York native is also the author of The Wives Association: Inner Circle (2012) and The Perfect Date (2019). Nivea is a grammy nominated singer who recently appeared on “BET Presents: Encore”. She made her debut as a featured artist on Mystikal’s hit single, “Danger”.
