Next Singer R.L. Claps Back At Haters Commenting On Baby’s “Caucasian” Features.
A child’s birth is supposed to be a joyous occasion to share with the world, right? Well if you’re in the media spotlight, the rules are a lil different. R.L. experienced that firsthand when he shared a picture of his beautiful newborn with thousands of his fans. The Next singer didn’t know he would get so many negative comments about his baby’s “white-ish” features. Many said that perhaps his wife stepped out on him with the milk man. People are so CRUEL.
This is the first photo R.L. posted announcing his healthy daughter.
“At 9:16 p.m. my baby @ourrorystory came ino this world. I’m going to love her, & show her how amazing God is!”

This is what caused the grits to hit the fan.
After seeing the picture of R.L. holding his baby, many people left cruel comments about the child. Of course our boy had to come for their throats talking about his daughter like that. He handled it pretty classy though.
We just want to know you guys’ opinion. Is it possible that the baby’s hair is just a product of some ancestors, eventhough R.L. and his wife Lena are black?

Hopefully this won’t discourage R.L. and Lena from sharing more pictures of lil Rory. We want to share in their glory….AND to see if she’ll start looking more like her Dad. Just saying.

As long as both parents have the genes, anybody’s baby can have red hair, and light skin. Most of us Blacks in the US have white ancestry. The way genes work is amazing. So many different phenotypes can be expressed.
True words brother, my girl and I are like you, but have a son with bright red hair, It can go back 7 generations.
To RL and his lovely wife!! Hater’s will always be hater’s!! The two of you are beautiful couple and your baby girl is beautiful. That’s all that matters! Keep living life!!
Clearly the wife’s FATHER is not Black as you can tell from that picture so you sound real dumb
My mother and father both black and my grade of hair is a looser curly pattern that doesn’t mean anything RL daughter is going to be a beautiful black 👸🏽
