Man Sets Himself On Fire At Park Near The White House And Then Arrested

An unidentified man took a stroll at a park less than a mile away from the White House on Wednesday and then set himself on fire. Local law enforcement immediately used extinguishers to save the suspect, before arresting him.

As witnesses watched the shocking event unfold, it seems as if he had on some sort of protective gear considering that he was very calm but updates regarding the incident says that the suspect has over 85% burns on his body.

There was also a suspicious package on fire near the man which was extinguished.

A law enforcement source says the man was transported to the hospital with “life threatening” injuries.  Story is still developing.
