Maleah Davis’ Mom Says That Ex-Fiance Was Angry The Day Her Daughter Went Missing
New information is coming out from the mother of missing 4-year old Maleah Davis. She says that her ex-fiance’ Darion Vence was angry the day she left her daughter with him.
Brittany Bowens had recently fought with Darion Vence, a friend said on her behalf during a press conference.
“On the day that Brittany left to be with her sick father — her dying father — to be with family, there was a huge fight between her and him,” Quanell X, a community activist, said. “He was hurt, he was angry, he was upset” after she broke off their engagement and gave him back his ring, accusing him of being gay, she said. “I believe that caused him to snap in anger.”
Bowens says she left the child with Vence when she went to see her father, who was ill. Quanell said he was suspiciously cleaning the family’s apartment with bleach on the morning of her disappearance.
