Known professionally as DJ Young Slade, Smith has not been seen since he left his home on foot early Tuesday without his cellphone, sparking concerns from family and law enforcement over his safety.
The Milton Police Department issued a missing person alert Tuesday afternoon after Smith was last seen near Baldwin Drive and Mayfield Road at around 6 a.m. According to the report, he ran out of his residence and has not been located since. Police stressed there is no known danger to the public but noted that Smith may be disoriented and in need of assistance due to being without a phone or means of communication.
Smith is described by authorities as approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. No further details on his clothing or condition were immediately released.
