Indie Night Film Festival With Stars At The Historic TCL Chinese Theater In Hollywood
It’s a wrap! Saturday’s Indie Night Film Festival was an unforgettable evening filled with writers, producers, and cinematographers all coming together to show off their incredible talents and finished productions.
Every week at the historic TCL Chinese Theater, Dave Brown brings together indie filmmakers to present a screening of their movies whether it be a feature film, short film, webisodes, or pilots.
One rising star by the name of Howard Campbell moved us with his short film entitled “Sick Boys Die Alone.” He was the writer, director, and starred in the production.
The movie followed the life of a comedian, who was diagnosed with bipolar and depression.
The film was filled with phenomenal acting and top of the line cinematography. Howard and his crew deserves two thumbs up!
The second movie, “Juug Gone Wrong,” is a feature film directed by MarQues McConico.
The drama-based movie featured Clifton Powell from the TV show “Saints and Sinners” and Jamal Woolard who’s known for his role as Notorious BIG in the feature film “Notorious.”
“Juug Gone Wrong” told the story of how a man with a regular 9 to 5 gets caught up in some illegal activities. Along with drama, the movie had plenty of humor and suspense that kept viewers entertained.
Indie Film Festival is a great event for anyone in the film industry to mingle and possibly create professional relationships. All is welcome to visit the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood every week to support Dave Brown and all the Indie films being featured.
