‘Good Times’ Star, Ja’net Dubois, Passes Away At The Age Of 74-Years-Old
Sad news for ‘Good Times’ fans.
Ja’net DuBois, known for her role Willona Woods, has unfortunately passed away at the age of 74-years-old.
She was found in her Glendale, CA home on Tuesday morning.
According to TMZ, the family said her death was unexpected and she hadn’t complained of any specific ailments recently and appeared to be in good health.
Ja’net was reportedly on ‘GoodTimes’ for 133 episodes, which is where she was mostly known.
On the show, she was known for being Penny’s adopted mother. Penny was played by the wonderful, Janet Jackson.
She was also a composer for and sang the theme song, “Movin’ On Up” for, “The Jeffersons” according to TMZ.
