Florida Teens Stranded In The Sea Rescued By A Boat Named ‘Amen’
Two Florida teens that were swept deep into the ocean during their Senior Skip day are feeling really blessed after they were rescued by a boat named ‘Amen.”
The teens, Tyler Smith and Heather Brown, were with classmates from Christ’s Church Academy and were visiting Vilano Beach on April 18th. They were the only two swept that far out into the sea out of their group and they both went through many obstacles in order to get to safety.
While each of them obstacles failed, they began to panic until the miracle boat that was randomly out at sea, came to their rescue. The two have been friends since they were 8 years old, according to CBS News. Here is more on the story below:
This is such an amazing story and we are so glad things ended the way they did. I know for sure this will be a moment that they will never forget and they will now monitor how far they go out in the sea next time they visit the beach.
This is a lesson that everyone can learn from, which can prevent everyone from attempting the same act. We are so happy the teens are alive and we are thankful for the ‘Amen’ boat and its captain. And now you’re officially in the KNOW!
