DMX Cancels Upcoming Shows And Checks Himself Into Rehab
After a series of career highs since his release from prison in January, DMX has decided to cancel his remaining shows and return to rehab.
In a post on Instagram, a member of DMX’s team wrote:
It’s no secret that the legendary rapper has struggled with substance abuse, and has entered rehab at various points in his life over the years. Now, he has decided to face his demons again. He is reportedly making good progress with his treatment.
This year, X maintained a steady comeback and gained genuine support by his fans. He went on tour for the 20th anniversary of It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot and performed at major festivals.
DMX hasn’t revealed where he admitted himself or when he’ll be returning yet.
Get well soon, X.
