Blac Chyna has filed a $20 million lawsuit against her former boyfriend, accusing him of physically assaulting her during their relationship, according to newly surfaced court documents.
The lawsuit stems from allegations that her ex, rapper Twin Hector, engaged in violent behavior during a March 2023 incident at her California home. In the filing, Chyna claims the altercation escalated after she asked him to leave the residence, resulting in alleged physical aggression that included choking, spitting, and verbal abuse.
According to the complaint, the incident occurred while her two children were asleep in the home, heightening her fears for their safety. She alleges that the confrontation left her concerned for her life and well-being, and claims the experience caused emotional distress and damage to her personal and business property.
The $20 million suit is part of an ongoing and increasingly contentious legal battle between the former couple. Hector previously filed his own lawsuit against Chyna in 2024, accusing her of domestic violence, assault, and emotional distress, claims she has denied.
In response to Chyna’s latest filing, Hector’s legal team has strongly denied the allegations, calling them false and asserting that he has no history of violent behavior.
Chyna, whose legal name is Angela Renée White, is seeking damages and legal protections for privacy and safety as the case proceeds through the courts.
The case remains ongoing, and no final judgment has been reached.
