TikTok creator Marcel Johnson, who courageously documented his battle with stomach cancer and shared his life as a husband and father with thousands of followers, has died at the age of 32.
Johnson’s wife, Taylor Johnson, announced his passing in an emotional social media tribute, revealing that he died on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 4:45 p.m.
In her heartbreaking post, Taylor reflected on the devastating loss of her husband and the difficult fight he endured.
“I lost a whole entire half of me. He fought so hard for so long. He was so tired and exhausted and in so much pain,” she wrote.
Taylor also shared that Marcel’s final words to her and his brother, Dedric, earlier that day were, “I’m ready to go.” Despite his condition, she said he continued fighting throughout the day, allowing his loved ones a little more time with him.
She admitted that she was struggling to accept the reality of his death, expressing how difficult it was to imagine waking up without her husband beside her.
Johnson was diagnosed with cancer in August 2025 and spent approximately 15 months sharing his journey with his followers on social media. Through his videos, he offered an intimate look at his diagnosis, treatments, the challenges of living with cancer, and the importance of family.
Known for his openness and willingness to share the difficult moments of his journey, Johnson connected with a growing online community that followed his fight and offered encouragement and support.
